ADAPTABILITY to manufacture of FURNITURE. Branch system of unification

the Branch system established unifications (WASP) the constructive (fair) sizes: length, width and a thickness of panel board elements of a squared shape with revetted plastjami and both not revetted, and the revetted edges (one, two, three, four depending on element appointment in a product).

The System was based on application of some constant settlement sizes for those parametres of a design of furniture which influence unification of the sizes.

1. The thickness of a facing layer of panel board elements from drevesnostruzhechnyh plates both for plastej, and for edges has been accepted equal 0,5 mm. Therefore panel board elements from drevesnostruzhechnoj plates in the thickness of 19 mm revetted from two parties, had a settlement thickness of 20 mm, and at a thickness of 16 mm - 17 mm.

2. Position of waybills dverok and forward walls of boxes in a product was that that at their interface to walls of the case of an edge dverok and forward walls of boxes were or zapodlitso with plastjami walls, or did not reach an axis of an edge of walls on a constant СЂ=2 mm.

3. The backlash between edges of two adjacent dverok and forward walls of boxes was equal 2 r, i.e. 4 mm, and a backlash between edges supplementary dverok (forward walls of boxes) and plastjami walls r, i.e. 2 mm or 1,5 mm at not revetted edges of walls of the case not through passage.

4. Interface of walls through passage to not checkpoints was carried out with technological svesom (platikom) equal r, i.e. 2 mm.
